We accept returns/exchanges on items (except reduced or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered & unwashed) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email Info@thelibertinecollection.com regarding your return request within 48 hours of receiving goods.

All garment tags must still be attached to the item. Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense. You have 14 days from the date of issue of your to send back your item(s). Return postage costs are non-refundable. Once a return has been approved, goods are to be sent in original condition with proof of purchase to NAME ADDRESS STATE AUSTRALIA.
